Practices exclusively in the area of matrimonial law including divorce, separation agreements, custody and access disputes. Tracy Miller attended Queen’s University before graduating Law School at the University of Windsor. Called to the bar in 1989, Ms. Miller has practised family law for 21 years. She has tried cases in Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Divisional Court. Ms. Miller has also argued cases in the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Tracy Miller is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Waterloo Law Association.

Practices primarily in the area of matrimonial law. Once attending Wilfrid Laurier University and Osgoode Hall Law School, Ms. Caron was called to the bar in 2002. Heather Caron has experience in criminal law and child and family services matters. Ms. Caron has tried cases in Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Heather Caron has appeared as counsel for inmates at their disciplinary hearings at the Grand Valley Federal Institution for Women. Ms. Caron is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Waterloo Law Association.

Glenda D. McLeod

Practices in the areas of matrimonial law, civil litigation, and estate & employment matters. Glenda McLeod attended Saint Mary’s University, the University of Windsor, and Western University for Law School. Ms. McLeod was called to the bar in 2003, worked with Youth in Crises and successfully brings this experience to the table when negotiating difficult custody disputes. Ms. McLeod has tried cases in Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Glenda McLeod also has a certificate in mediation and is a co-author of McLeod’s Ontario Family Law Rules Annotated 2011.

Amy Priestley graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Ms. Priestley also attended Queen’s University at the Herstmonceux Castle campus in East Sussex England and later graduated from Law School at the University of Windsor in 2006. Called to the bar in 2007, Ms. Priestley completed her articles at Sutherland Mark Flemming Snyder-Penner in Waterloo, Ontario. Amy Priestley has tried cases at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Landlord and Tenant Tribunal and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Mr. Dewar joined MCMP in December of 2007 from the Hamilton law firm of Lazier Hickey LLP. Gregory Dewar graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2006. Called to the bar in 2007, Mr. Dewar has argued and tried cases at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court and the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
